Terms And Conditions
1. All samples, trademarks, audio files, images and text of any description are copyright of Soniccouture Sound Design London and may not be used without written permission.
2. All Soniccouture sampled instruments may be used license free by the owner for the purposes of any audio production or performance. Samples remain the property of SC ( Soniccouture LTD) and many NOT be re-sold, re-distributed , hired or rented by anyone excpet SC or their appointed agents.
3. International Delivery is subject to standard Airmail package delivery times, and as such Soniccouture cannot guarantee specific arrival dates. Royal Mail guidelines are: UK 1-2 days, Europe 3-7 Days, USA 5- 14 days.
4. Replacement Policy: Soniccouture will replace any defective media immediately and without question on the first request. Subsequent replacements will be subject to discretion.
5. Refund Policy: Refunds are at our discretion except in the event that delivery to a customer's destination fails on 2 separate occasions. Refunds on the grounds of subjective unsuitability of the product, or due to malfunction of 3rd party host software or the user's hardware will not be granted.
6. Download Terms of Purchase: Once an automatic link has been supplied to the customer, no refunds will be issued. In the unlikely event that the customer is unable to succesfully download the product, Soniccouture will supply the product free of charge on disc, by post. Sharing or unauthorised distribution of download products is strictly forbidden.
